Having worked with many real estate professionals through the years, Michael Boyle is among the best in the business. He is an expert in the marketplace, a skilled negotiator and was a true partner during the purchase of our home. He patiently and tirelessly showed us property, providing invaluable counsel throughout the process. As long distance buyers we often needed Michael to meet inspectors and contractors on our behalf which he did enthusiastically. Michael does ‘whatever it takes’ to satisfy clients.

My Wife and I have work with Bob for many years. He has assisted us with the purchase of two homes over the years on Siesta Key. When we first came to Siesta Key, we will looking for a realtor with expertise in the Sarasota market and zoning/building codes. We found Bob through one of his advertisements for Siesta homes for sale. A Sarasota native, Bob has superior knowledge of the market. He knew not only the current inventory but also had detailed information on solds in the neighborhood. We trusted Bob's judgement with regard to market coditions and made absentee offers which resulted in us closing the deal! We would definitely recommend Bob to anyone looking in the Sarasota area. I am a GA realtor as well--- I have referred Bob to several clients and he has provided professional service to them. Thanks Liz and Don

Walter did a fantastic job. The whole process of selling my property went more quickly and smoothly than I could have imagined. Walter kept me constantly updated on what was going on and I would recommend him to anyone.

It was a pleasure to work with Walter, as he understood my needs, requirements, and price point. He did not waste my time with unnecessary house visits and directed me in a manner that had my best in mind. I appreciate his time, understanding and patience in walking me through buying my first house.

Bob has help me, as well as my father, sell and purchase homes and we are extremely satisfied with the results. He not only helps us with the purchase and sale of the property, but also helps with the details of inspection and other issues pertaining to aspects outside the sale or purchase. He also helped with a short sale which I obtained favorable results. I would highly recommend him.
