Bill and his wife are a very experienced and qualified team The spent the time to make sure we found the home and area that best suits our lifestyle. He helped stage my home for the sale and took great pictures for the internet. He was very strong in my support through the entire process. He knows the Sarasota / Venice real estate market and spent many hours showing us homes and making sure we didn't purchase an overpriced home or a lemon. He knows homes. Bob did an amazing job helping us buy a house in Siesta Key. When it became clear that none of the listings quite matched what we were looking for, Bob located the perfect (unlisted) house and somehow convinced the owner to sell! Now there is some real estate magic!! Also, he is incredibly knowledgeable about all things Sarasota, and shares that knowledge very generously. I found Bill's firm on an Internet search when we were considering a move to Sarasota and couldn't be more pleased with our choice. He and his associate, Brink, really know the pluses and minuses of areas within and around Sarasota.
