Bill McCue is a fabulous realtor. He saved me thousands of dollars on his commission and got me a very fair price when selling my home. He helped stage my home for the sale and took great pictures for the internet. He was very strong in my support through the entire process. He knows the Sarasota / Venice real estate market and spent many hours showing us homes and making sure we didn't purchase an overpriced home or a lemon. He knows homes. He is a fair and honest individual and I don't think I could have found a better realtor. Selling a home can be emotional and he made the experience more pleasant for me and my wife. He goes way above and beyond what I have experienced in my past for realtors. I have great respect for Bill Mcue and he will always be my friend. I recommend him highly

Bob did an amazing job helping us buy a house in Siesta Key. When it became clear that none of the listings quite matched what we were looking for, Bob located the perfect (unlisted) house and somehow convinced the owner to sell! Now there is some real estate magic!! Also, he is incredibly knowledgeable about all things Sarasota, and shares that knowledge very generously. If you are looking to buy or sell real estate in Sarasota, you can't do better than Bob.

Bill was very responsive from the moment I contacted him and was very approachable and easy to talk too. He was knowledgeable of the areas and catered to the interests we had when searching for our new home. When visiting homes Bill was honest and very helpful. As a first-time buyer he was able to help us and walk us through whole process. Bill was very responsive and knowledgeable of all questions asked and if he wasn't able to answer the question he found out the answers and contacted me back in a timely manner. Overall Bill was great to work with and I have already recommended him to family/friends. His attention to detail helped us out when walking through homes. I found Bill's firm on an Internet search when we were considering a move to Sarasota and couldn't be more pleased with our choice. He and his associate, Brink, really know the pluses and minuses of areas within and around Sarasota. We've dealt with a number of realtors over the years and they were the first ones I would say TRULY represented US in our negotiations with the seller. I would definitely recommend their services and use them again in a heart beat.
