Bob Stahlschmidt

I just closed on the second home where Bob was the real estate agent. I had a great experience with Bob for the first house so I decided to contact him in searching for a second house. Born and raised in the area and selling real estate for many years, Bob is a fountain of invaluable information. He knows all the developments in the area and can tell you which ones are built with sub-par construction or which are in flood zones. He doesn’t want to just sell you a house—he wants to make sure you’re in a good, solid house that checks all the boxes. In addition, Bob went above and beyond the usual obligations for a real estate agent. We didn’t just go to contract and then he forgot about the sale until closing—he saw an opportunity after the contract was signed and renegotiated a lower price. He was truly helpful throughout the whole buying process, finding competent businesses to work with, helping set up utilities, etc. If you’re looking for a super-knowledgeable, super-nice and helpful person for your real estate agent, someone who really cares about his clients, I highly recommend Bob—he’s a pro!

I couldn't ask for a better experience after listing my property with Bob Stahlschmidt. His knowledge of the market is incredible and he used it to maximize what I received for my property. He is extremely professional and super easy to work with. Thank you, Bob!

Great job, quick an willing to help with an out of town customer. Thanks again

Bob has a deep local knowledge of the area and found a home that fit all our requirements. His support made sure we purchased the home at the price point we wanted and the entire process was quick and easy. We look forward to working with Bob again in the future.

Bob Stahlschmidt is a miracle worker. He helped us find the perfect house for us on Siesta Key, and then when we decided to sell after Hurricane Helene, he got the job done within a week! The house sold at well above asking price. We were very lucky to have him as our realtor. He helped us through the often difficult buying/selling process efficiently and professionally. Thank you, Bob!
