Bill was extremely helpful to my wife and I during our search for a condo in the Bradenton area. He was honest and wasn't afraid to share local knowledge of areas that, while not otherwise evident, helped us to ultimately find our perfect spot. Bill was also very accommodating in allowing us to look at places in the evening and was always on time every time - very important to us. Bill is especially good at communicating during the entire process which allowed us to make the complex task of moving much more streamlined and stress free.

Wendy and I would like to extend our thanks to a job well done. We have worked with many realtors in the past and we both agree that you were, by far, the most helpful agent we have ever worked with. Your knowledge and advice for prepping our house for resale was critical in maximizing our return on investment. Your assistance with our newest purchase was also very valuable, as your recommendations saved us thousands on both ends. We have never had a realtor as diligent as you were. It was a pleasure working with you and we will be encouraging our friends and colleagues to reach out to David Saalmann when the time comes for them. Again, many thanks to a job well done. Your decision to partner with Bill McCue will be the best decision you make when purchasing a new home. It was for us! My husband and I first met Bill McCue when we contacted him to show us a town house. From the moment we met him we saw in him an agent who was friendly, down to earth, and very professional. He knows his stuff! We've lived in our home for twenty-nine years and when we spotted this town house, we knew it was the only one that would make us leave the home we loved. Bill made that happen by selling our home in a week and negotiating this townhouse - unbelievable! Through every step, Bill was on top of everything. Thank you Bill! ~Doreen Wennberg

Bill McCue is an outstanding real estate agent. He is ethical, has integrity, commitment, and strong attention to detail. Bill's knowledge in every area of the entire process was truly amazing, we relied heavily upon his advice and opinion through the whole process. He sold our home in 8 days, at full list price and negoatied a great deal for us on our new home. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome agent. I can't say enough good things about Bill and The WeSellSarasota Team.

Bill McCue and his wife Cheryl are Sarasota's dynamic duo of realtors! When my husband and I decided to move, it was an easy decision to call Bill; he has been my families' realtor for over ten years. My husband and I are completely satisfied and impressed with the service that Bill and Cheryl provided as we searched for our new home. Because Bill was focused and listened carefully, we were able to make a decision quickly with confidence. If you're looking for attentive personal service, Bill McCue is an excellent choice! We look forward to working with Bill and Cheryl as we proceed with the sale of our current home.

My siblings and I had inherited our father's home several years ago and initially maintained it as a rental property. When we decided to sell I knew that Bill McCue was the only agent I would trust with this most unusual property. He had already sold another unique piece of land for me, but even I was impressed at the speed with which my father's former home sold! Given that it was so different, Bill created a separate website to "advertise" it, walked the acreage that it was located on, and spent considerable time interviewing me about the property. As it was a rental property, Bill decided that the most convenient thing for the tenants would be to have multiple potential buyers come on the same day. So, on the first day of showings Bill had a half dozen interested parties scheduled to tour the property. But, even I, who knows Bill's skill sets, was stunned to hear that on the first day of showings he had two legitimate offers. We accepted the one from the individual who made his offer first and right through the closing everything went smoothly. I couldn't recommend Bill McCue more highly!! And, no amount of uniqueness of your property will thwart him!!

I would recommend Bill McCue to anyone looking for a very dedicated person. He is right on everything and you can expect nothing but good things with Bill. From the first time my husband Mark and I began looking to relocate to Sarasota, I contacted Bill. He researched the areas that best fit our criteria and we were able to spend a day with he and his partner. We found a beautiful area because of them. Because my husband and I run a business in the summer in New England and are not available for 6 mos., Bill has stepped up to the plate and is there to act on our behalf when it comes to any questions the builder may have. Dependable, friendly, instant gratification from Bill.

Judi was a terrific help as my husband and I searched for a house. We had very specific characteristics that we wanted, and she was persistent in helping us find exactly what we were looking for in our home. She was patient, kind, energetic, and kept a positive attitude (even when we were feeling exhausted). She provided us with many options to consider and was flexible in her availability to show us prospective homes. We experienced a couple of road bumps during the process (no fault of her own), and she stuck with us every step of the way. After spending many weekends together, she felt like a member of the family!

We met Bob when looking for a vacation home. His comprehensive knowlege of the Sarasota area real estate market was impressive. At our first office meeting he showed us the perfect house. He facilitated the negotiation with the seller and helped to resolve issues that came up at the inspection. If you are looking for real estate in the Sarasota, Florida area, Bob Stahlschidt is the person to call!
