Mr. Broslat is a professional realtor. He gives good insight on the homes. Does his homework before showing the property you are inquiring about. I highly recommend Mr. Broslat for your realtor, a very friendly and knowledgeable person. We are very pleased with our new home. He was also our property manager of our rental before we bought our home and took care of any complaints I had by sending out a repair man in a timely manner. Absolutely no complains about his professionalism here.

My Wife and I have work with Bob for many years. He has assisted us with the purchase of two homes over the years on Siesta Key. When we first came to Siesta Key, we will looking for a realtor with expertise in the Sarasota market and zoning/building codes. We found Bob through one of his advertisements for Siesta homes for sale. A Sarasota native, Bob has superior knowledge of the market. He knew not only the current inventory but also had detailed information on solds in the neighborhood.
