MaryAnn was the ultimate professional through the entire process of finding and purchasing a home! She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the job in the Florida real estate market. I was most impressed by her attentiveness and follow through; she took time out of her schedule to assist with walk-throughs and final closing. She brought up questions that I would not have thought to ask and always went above and beyond to make sure everything fell into place. Overall, MaryAnn is a pleasure to work with! She always made me feel comfortable and provided expert advice.

Bob Stahlschmidt was very helpful and personable throughout the entire process of our purchase and closing of our condo in Siesta Key. His expertise about the area and showing us the perfect fit for us in our seasonal home was flawless. We were new to the area, but he stepped up to make suggestions about any of our concerns and needs. Bob is an excellent professional - we would have no reservations about recommending him to potential buyers or sellers in this beautiful area of the world.

I contacted Bob because I felt he was familiar with the area I was seeking to acquire a property at. I was not disappointed. An added feature was his negotiating experience and his people skills. All of the above where necessary for my transaction to be completed, and had it not been for him, it's quite possible it wouldn't have happened, Much Thanks.

We are so lucky to have chosen Bob to sell our condo in Sarasota. His expertise was instrumental in helping with all stages of the process. From remodeling and staging advice, pricing and listing the property, scheduling showings with active weekly renters, negotiating and closing, he was knowledgeable and professional in every stage of the process. He always kept his cool and respect for all players, even when things start to get dicey. We never felt any pressure from him and we always felt he put our interests ahead of his own. He is very honest and immediately responsive to every request. A true partner and a good person.

Mr. Broslat is a professional realtor. He gives good insight on the homes. Does his homework before showing the property you are inquiring about. I highly recommend Mr. Broslat for your realtor, a very friendly and knowledgeable person. We are very pleased with our new home. He was also our property manager of our rental before we bought our home and took care of any complaints I had by sending out a repair man in a timely manner. Absolutely no complains about his professionalism here.
