Prior to working with Ansley I had one other home sale and the difference between the two is like night and day. Ansley is extremely knowledgeable about the market and has excellent communication skills. We have now sold a home with Ansley (4 days under contract!), and bought another home with Ansley at different times and in different markets. Both experiences were easy and flawless. Ansley is a great problem solver, has the grit, and makes the process fun! Her communication is exceptional and she will be your biggest advocate. Jayne convinced me the price we should go out on I thought might be to high. She was right and it sold with an offer that was close enough I did not counter. We have a saying on the farm pigs get fat hogs get slaughtered. She kept me in the loop at all times very much appreciated. I would recommend her to everyone I know.
