Jayne convinced me the price we should go out on I thought might be to high. She was right and it sold with an offer that was close enough I did not counter. We have a saying on the farm pigs get fat hogs get slaughtered. She kept me in the loop at all times very much appreciated. I would recommend her to everyone I know.
