I've purchased several homes in my career. I wish all my Realtors were as good as Mike. He is great at what he does. He sells a lot of homes and knows the area, maybe because he has been doing this so long. I would definitely use him again.

Mike was not only diligent with finding homes for us to look at but gave advice on what made it a good or bad buy. His mindset was that it was a team effort to buy the home and went so far as telling the seller that we would not be willing to pay out of pocket as if it was his pocket and not ours. Many times his advice saved us money and lowered his commission. He was more interested in us getting the right home than his commission being more. He put us first and himself second. This is a rare Realtor in my experience. No one would go wrong with Mike on their team! Thanks for all you did Mike, certainly above and beyond our expectations!
