Excellent experience.
Kellie was knowledgeable about our neighborhood, what's on the market, recent sales, and house value. We had a phenomenal response when the house went on the market with numerous showings and a few quick offers. Kellie was instrumental in guiding us through the process, highlighting pros and cons to the multiple offers we reviewed. Ultimately we sold the house for more than asking in a short time frame. Kellie was engaging, responsive and attentive during the process.
