We had a phenomenal response when the house went on the market with numerous showings and a few quick offers. Kellie was instrumental in guiding us through the process, highlighting pros and cons to the multiple offers we reviewed. Ultimately we sold the house for more than asking in a short time frame. Dave worked with our family to sell my parents' home. My parents had relocated to Illinois where I live so we were a bit overwhelmed at the prospect of selling a house from 2 states away. Dave made the process so much easier! His team took wonderful pictures of the property and listed it everywhere imaginable. We received many good offers the first weekend it was listed and were able to secure a contract within days of listing it. Dave provided excellent communication and availability to us making the whole process easier to understand. We are so grateful for all he has done to smooth this transition for our family!
