Sharon was always well prepared to include critical details. She followed through on sales plans and made adjustments as necessary. She was excellent on keeping me "the seller" up-to-date and well prepared to handle my position as "the seller". The "Covid Virus" began in the USA about March 16, 2020 -- less than a week after listing my home for sale. She handled all of the special requirements of sales activities during the virus. She sold my home to my satisfaction -- mission accomplished!

Kristine was extremely helpful during our recent home sale - SO glad we asked for her to represent us!! She provided all the documentation we needed upfront, had a thorough knowledge of each step we needed to get through, and made it very easy for us to just check the boxes as we went through the sale. The best part of working with her though was having her act as our liaison with the buyers - she shielded us from a lot of the unnecessary back and forth which was a huge relief. She’s so patient and cheerful, and her overall positive attitude made the entire interaction feel good. Our house was old and she made sure we didn’t roll over on the things I expected we would need to, which saved us a lot of money in the long run. We loved working with her.

Kristine did a marvelous job as our realtor. We relocated out of state and sold our home in Woodbury. She was patient, experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. She helped arrange for skilled workers to ready our house for sale. I was particularly impressed with her communication and negotiation skills. Whenever we had a question or needed to contact her, she was always available and responsive. The marketing was way more than I expected. She did her homework and helped us price our home just right. With her expert guidance, we worked through the process and she helped us feel comfortable every step of the way. This was all even more remarkable considering we were at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic during most of this process. So today I sold my house. I’ve been dreading it for months and getting anxiety just thinking about listing it. Well, up until I met Nancy Timchal. Nancy came out to my house and told me how to stage it and suggested I add a small wall, door and closet to make an additional bedroom. She was on point with every suggestion and helped me get the most value out of my house. She hired a professional photographer and worked with him to capture amazing pictures because she knows how important those pictures are. When it comes to paperwork, title, mortgage, inspections she was on top of it and didn’t let any little detail slip by that could have caused a delay. This is extremely important and something she takes serious. If you’re going to be buying a house or selling I highly recommend using Nancy. I anticipated anxiety but she actually made the whole experience fun. She also managed to get my house under contract in under a week during the Covid-19 Pandemic. To top it off she dropped off my check and some flowers which was the perfect ending to selling my home for me. Thank You Nancy!

In the past 20 years, I've used the services of seven realtors,when I was either buying or selling a home in New Jersey, Nevada and Washington State. In 2015, I became acquainted with Kristine when I was selling my Las Vegas home and returning to New Jersey. While perusing homes for sale online, I emailed three realtors, late one Saturday night. Only Ms Vogler called me on Sunday morning. We talked, she listened. She seemed so knowledgeable of my needs in a home, in South Jersey. While in Vegas, I told her I wanted her as my realtor while home buying. Once I arrived, I met her and I purchased a new home with her expertise and guidance. Kristine answered my many questions, and wanted to make sure that I was making the wisest choice and was happy with my decision. She's kept in touch with me through the years. Now, as I plan to, perhaps purchase my last home, I am using her services once again. Although she is just one person, I would recommend that everyone use her services. I've told friends about her. Recently one person thought she was a personal friend, since I spoke so highly of her. My only problem with this site, is that I am unable to give her a higher rating.
