Kim just helped me sell my home and purchase a new one. She is knowledgeable, knows the market well and knows what you need to do to get your house sold. She knows what the building inspectors are going to want and what things you need to spruce up to get your house to be a seller. And if she doesn't know something, she's not afraid to tell you and to seek out the knowledge that you need. She is right there with you emotionally and professionally. After I sold my house that is when the market decided to dry up and there was hardly any houses to find. I started to become less picky and ready to buy houses that really were not the best for me. Kim is flat out amazing. I wish I could give 6 stars!!!! Extremely knowledgeable, patient and efficient. Constant communication throughout the entire sale. I do not think I called her 1 time and got her ansewring machine. All deadlines were met right on time. Closing took all of 23 minutes and was an absolute pleasure. While the property was under agreement of sale, Andrew helped us through a difficult situation involving an oil tank removal. He referred us to a good contractor that provided the proper services to make the process smooth and efficient. While the sale of the property was delayed because of the oil tank removal and we were living out of state, Andrew would periodically check the property and respond to any requests we made regarding it. Andrew also helped to expedite the settlement process when a conflict arose when we finally reached a settlement date.
