Mrs.Mehaffey was referred to me by a friend in West Deptford, and I am ever grateful to her. We tried to sell the house several years ago, and it was not moving at a price I needed to get, so Kimberly suggested I tried renting. Voila, w/her help I got a nice family who rented for three years. When the house was ready to be put back on the market, Kimberly did all that she could do to help me, since I am not a NJ resident. Above and beyond the call of duty, if the truth is to be known. She helped me get a lady to do a good cleanup in the house, and let in several workers that needed to upgrade and repair a few things. A wonderful source of “handyman/experts”, in addition to the few names I already had like a AC/heating man to check the furnace, and a plumber. Kimberly, As I said, is the BEST AGENT I have ever worked w/from NYC to NJ to VA to AL where I have been looking for another house. I have nothing but praise for her dedication, professionalism and caring attitude. Would recommend her to anyone, looking to buy or sell in her area.

All the years Dawn has worked in the Real Estate business has given her the experience and knowledge that is very difficult to get anywhere else. She must never sleep as she will respond to any questions, inquiries or situation any time of day or night it seems. I've found her to be extremely trustworthy and responsible in all my dealings with her, not just the latest property we worked on "112 Underwood Ave". Her communication skills are second to none and I wouldn't work with anyone else as long as she is still a Realtor. SHE'S THE BEST!
