While the property was under agreement of sale, Andrew helped us through a difficult situation involving an oil tank removal. He referred us to a good contractor that provided the proper services to make the process smooth and efficient. While the sale of the property was delayed because of the oil tank removal and we were living out of state, Andrew would periodically check the property and respond to any requests we made regarding it. Andrew also helped to expedite the settlement process when a conflict arose when we finally reached a settlement date.

When we started looking for a new home, a friend recommended that we meet Sherri to have her be our buyer's representative. We knew quickly that Sherri would do a great job! Sherri worked diligently to find us our new home. She is very professional in her approach and understands the real estate market. We found a home and Sherri helped us to make a reasonable offer which was accepted by the sellers. The closing process was very smooth with Sherri promptly handling all of the details for closing. We were so happy with Sherri that we gave her the listing to sell our old home. Again, she was very expeditious and professional in bringing the house to market and was laser focused on the details. As an example, Sherri made sure that listing photos were professionally done and checked the photo quality of every shot. She helped us to stage the home so that it showed its best. It is that attention to detail that attracted buyers which resulted in good offers within one week. Moving toward closing, Sherri expeditiously managed all of the inspections and testing needed for closing. She never wavered in her commitment to getting things done quickly. As a result of her efforts and keen attention to the details, we were able to move up the settlement date which worked well for both buyer and seller. Sherri went above and beyond whatever I could have ever expected she would have to deal with in the sale of my property. My property was very unique in many ways yet she nailed the asking price and the property appraised at her valuation. The ad she wrote along with room dimensions was very enticing to perspective buyers. Sherri knows this business and the right people whether it be contractors, engineers, funding agents or township officials to get things accomplished when others have given up. I was having a conversation with my friend regarding giving up on my dream to move closer to family, when someone interrupted us and said "sorry but I couldn't help overhearing your conversation and I want to give you the name of my realtor. She is the best and you will not regret signing on with her. She has sold homes for me and helped me buy homes as well, I promise you will not be disappointed" Now I know why she so highly recommended Sherri, because this woman was another happy client!! She went to bat for me and took on what I was unable to deal with, which was truly a Godsend for me.
