My brother and I were so fortunate to have Kim help us with the sale of our mom's house. She came into our first meeting with great suggestions, even helping to move furniture all in getting the house ready to go on the market. Kim was always available, congenial, and very professional answering all of our questions. She had recommendations on repairs that were needed and recommendations for donating furniture that was no longer needed. We received 5 offers in the first week the house was on the market. I can't say enough about how lucky we were to have found Kim to work with us and guide us through the entire process. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to sell a home. Through the entire process Kim helped us with excellent suggestions to make the house Market Ready. We installed new Cabinet Doors with hardware, new Stainless Appliances , fresh paint throughout and new neutral tone carpet. Kim went as far as helping pick out the paint colors! We ended up get a Full asking price offer within a few weeks of being on the Market. This is the 2nd House Kim has Sold for me and I highly recommend her if you are looking to Sell or Purchase a House.

We worked with Mark Goggin and he was wonderful. He listened to what we were looking for in a new home and sent us listings almost daily that met many of our preferences. When we were interested in looking at a home, Mark set up viewings immediately. He was always available when we needed him and answered our questions promptly. He gave us helpful feedback and insight when we viewed the homes we were interested in. After we had looked at many homes without finding one that met all of our needs, Mark sent us a listing that met most of our preferences and we looked at it immediately. We liked what we saw and made a bid. After our bid was accepted, Mark was there for every inspection that was needed and every question we had. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he went and found out the answer and got back to us right away. We closed very quickly and that also went smoothly. He was great to work with.

Kim was terrific! She handled the sale of our home with knowledge, professionalism and the communication was wonderful. We were constantly informed. Kim’s assistance went over and above expectations. We moved to FL prior to the sale and we could not have done so without Kim’s help.
