So today I sold my house. I’ve been dreading it for months and getting anxiety just thinking about listing it. Well, up until I met Nancy Timchal. Nancy came out to my house and told me how to stage it and suggested I add a small wall, door and closet to make an additional bedroom. She was on point with every suggestion and helped me get the most value out of my house. She hired a professional photographer and worked with him to capture amazing pictures because she knows how important those pictures are. When it comes to paperwork, title, mortgage, inspections she was on top of it and didn’t let any little detail slip by that could have caused a delay. I anticipated anxiety but she actually made the whole experience fun. She also managed to get my house under contract in under a week during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
