We moved from New York to the Chester County area and Al was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole house hunting process. He was quick to help us narrow down the search to the type of house and property we were looking for, set up all of the inspections, helped negotiate the final price of the house, and even went above and beyond helping manage some of the vendors we needed to hire to make the necessary repairs and updates to the house prior to moving in. I couldn't recommend Al more highly.

Al helped us find a house from abroad and it was a pleasure working with him. He listened carefully to what was important for us, and then proactively developed a plan to help us meet our objectives. Even when we couldn't see the house we selected in person, he developed a video which he narrated to highlight the strong points and potential issues with the house. I would recommend Al to anyone.
