Deborah was extremely patient with my wife and I during our search for the perfect home. Our search lasted more than 6 months, and Deborah was fully committed to finding homes that matched our evolving requirements. When we did find the right home, Deborah walked us through every step of the negotiating and purchasing process. We couldn't be happier.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Alvin Belden when purchasing our new home. He made the experience the best considering buying a home is no piece of cake! Any concerns we had were dealt with, and he overall made us feel more at ease with the stresses that come with. It was our first house we purchased so he took the time to help us understand things we were unsure of. On settlement day he was so kind in giving us a bottle of wine and a stuffed elephant embroidered with our sons name whom we expected in a few months. The kindness and generosity went above and beyond our expectations. If we ever feel the need to find a bigger place we know exactly who to contact! Thank you Al for everything!

Best realtor ever! personally invested in her clients' life, cares like no other realtor I've come in touch with. From year one, throughout our picky demands and requests she remained focused on getting us in a home we desired. She gave us tips and tricks to keep mosquitos from eating the kids and other helpful ideas along the way

Having just completed the sale of a condo I had... I found Kim to be very helpful, happy to do what ever it took and on top of that delightful to work with. She certainly made it happen for me AND I was living in Fl at the time. We had only met once, I felt very confident in Kim and in the end, I am thrilled we worked so well together. Thank you Kim! All the best!

Al Belden is a superb realtor---a really seasoned, savvy pro. He is very knowledgeable about the metro Philly and Mainline/suburban housing market. Mr. Belden guided us skillfully in finding and purchasing an apartment in the city--one that, that ideally and fully met our needs and wants, ...and at a very competitive negotiated price. He handled all of the details; minimized anxiety and hassles; and made the housing search a surprisingly easy process. Mr. Belden is adept at reading and understanding the needs and personalities of his clients. He strikes a perfect balance: he alerts a buyer to a good deal that meets criteria; is priced within range; and is likely to sell quickly, Yet he never pressures or fast-talks the client into acting too quickly to make a deal. He puts the best interests and satisfaction of clients first- a hallmark of an excellent, ethical, experienced realtor/agent. We enthusiastically recommend Al Belden to anyone looking for a thoughtful, thorough, and extraordinarily effective "partner" in your home search.

We moved from New York to the Chester County area and Al was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole house hunting process. He was quick to help us narrow down the search to the type of house and property we were looking for, set up all of the inspections, helped negotiate the final price of the house, and even went above and beyond helping manage some of the vendors we needed to hire to make the necessary repairs and updates to the house prior to moving in. I couldn't recommend Al more highly.

Al helped us find a house from abroad and it was a pleasure working with him. He listened carefully to what was important for us, and then proactively developed a plan to help us meet our objectives. Even when we couldn't see the house we selected in person, he developed a video which he narrated to highlight the strong points and potential issues with the house. I would recommend Al to anyone.
