There are just not enough words to describe what a blessing and not only amazing realtor Kim is, but an amazing person. She reached out to me as I was searching for an off-campus house for my friends and I. She went to great lengths to find us a place. Although we decided not to live off-campus, she stayed with us until we made that final decision. Sent us amazing properties to look at, negotiated owners so that we could afford the property and met with us to look at the properties in person. She is so knowledgeable about each property she sent us. She is so quick to contact you and the owner. For example, I sent her a property and within 5 minutes she called me saying she had just called to owner to schedule a visit. She is so amazing at her job and cares so genuinely about her clients. There is no one else I would recommend then Kim.

In a nutshell Kim was awesome to work with. She demonstrated the utmost professionalism and went above and beyond to help me find the right home for my family. She was also highly knowledgeable, responsive, and hard-working/ diligent. I am most grateful to have met & worked with this nice realtor and will forever recommend her to all!!!!

Some realtors come along show you houses and keep you updated in real time about what's on the market...and then there is that realtor that takes it to the next level. Kim was so knowledgeable about homes in general- from the boiler to the caps on the window ledges down to the wall studs. She just knows everything and if she doesn't know she will make sure she finds out. Kim's care and attention to detail won us over and we trusted her to help us to find our home. Even when we went to open houses without her we brought her back to the house to see it because we knew she would see something we wouldn't. Every time we went to a house she took extra care to lift up and point out what we originally articulated we wanted in our next home. This kept us from settling and getting the home that we love. Anybody can hire a realtor...if you want an expert hire Kim!

Kim was always generous with her time and knowledge, responsive to any issues and questions that came up, and helped keep negotiations ongoing in order to get the deal done. She went out of her way to show us properties that we would be interested in.

It was a pleasure working with Kim. She was very patient and available.she was very knowledgeable about the different homes we looked at and the improvements needed. Without saying dont get a particular property she told us the pros and cons and left it up to us the best way to go.She was very helpful in helping us get financing.
