Denise is a saint. The process to sell our house was not an easy one. We are going through a very difficult divorce and my soon to be ex spouse did not want to cooperate for the better part of two years. Additionally, there was renovation work being done on the house which took more time that we anticipated. Denise was very patient with us and guided us through the process. She definitely is an expert in her field and told us some hard facts we didn't necessarily want to hear. When it came time to show and photograph the house, I was extremelely impressed with Denise's skill and how expeditiously she worked. We needed a quick sale and we got it and we got our asking price plus some other perks. The only concern I had in the process was that the Monday before our open house, Denise informed us that she would be away for the open house. In my opinion her staff were not nearly as well informed about the house and the first associate who showed the house on Friday night, had never been to the house before, locked an interior door thus negating all access to the interior for the Saturday showings. Had that associate called me (she had my number), I could have easily confirmed whether or not the door should have been locked. Denise gives excellent attention to her clients at all levels of service. When she wasn't there, the ball was dropped a bit. Yes, you can say the house was sold and we got our asking price, but in this market, one cannot help but wonder if we would have had a bidding war with more showings on that Saturday, since the Sunday showings took place on Father's Day. I would still recommend Denise to anyone wanting to sell their house, in a minute (and I have). However, I would do it with the stipulation that you work directly with her and that she be present for the showings.
