We had a great experience working with Deborah. First time we met her, she gave us a beautiful jar of honey and a pouch of wild flower seeds to plant in our new home - I was very touched by her thoughtfulness. Deborah was very patient with us. My husband and I had different expectations in a house and she was extremely understanding of our indecisiveness. I had an exceptionally complex sale because I was acting as POA for a relative who had a sudden illness and had to go into assisted living. Devorah was amazing. I interviewed other agents but her knowledge of the neighborhood and the value of the house was head and shoulders above anyone else. She was always there with excellent advice and support. Anytime I needed anything she had a solution to the problem or the name of someone I could contact to get it done at a reasonable price. She even went so far as to find someone to remove a piano from the second floor and take it away at no cost to us. No job was to large or to small for her. She made a very difficult time much easier and I will always appreciate her kindness, conpassion, hard work and professionalism.

I could not recommend Amy enough. She was great to work with. We had an unusually complicated sale (and buyer) and she helped us get through the deal and get the most for the house while keeping us apprised of and helping us work through all issues and complications. At closing she picked up errors on the closing sheet that I never would have noticed and saved us thousands of dollars. I would definitely use Amy again.

Our family cannot say enough good things about Deborah. She is professional, efficient, and most of all calm. For me the real estate world seems like a crazy roller coaster ride and she was a steady calm voice throughout the process. Anytime I needed to communicate with her either through text or phone she got back to me in a matter of minutes. Rainny is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Far in advance of putting our house on the market, Rainny advised us on what we needed to do to the house in order to get the best price. The things she recommended were cost effective and we were able to recoup all the expenses and then some. Rainny priced our home aggressively because she had done her research and knew the market better than anyone. Other agents told her that the price was too high but she disregarded their comments. Our house sold in 1 day at $50000 more than the original asking price. Rainny is charming but also very strong. I’d match her against anyone for her toughness.

As a first time home buyer I was clueless to the process. Deborah was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as she guided me through buying my home. Although the experience was complicated by COVID-19 she was still able to do her job at the highest level. When I started looking for homes I wasn't sure of the style or price I wanted. Deb was super helpful throughout the entire first time homebuyers process. Whenever we had questions she was prompt and accurate with responses. No waiting around for 2 days to get a response like some agents. Even when we had some issues post closing Deb helped us to figure everything out.
