I had an exceptionally complex sale because I was acting as POA for a relative who had a sudden illness and had to go into assisted living. Devorah was amazing. I interviewed other agents but her knowledge of the neighborhood and the value of the house was head and shoulders above anyone else. She was always there with excellent advice and support. Anytime I needed anything she had a solution to the problem or the name of someone I could contact to get it done at a reasonable price. She even went so far as to find someone to remove a piano from the second floor and take it away at no cost to us. No job was to large or to small for her. She made a very difficult time much easier and I will always appreciate her kindness, conpassion, hard work and professionalism.

Al did a wonderful job in helping me find the perfect condo. He was well informed and attentive. I could not recommend Amy enough. She was great to work with. We had an unusually complicated sale (and buyer) and she helped us get through the deal and get the most for the house while keeping us apprised of and helping us work through all issues and complications. At closing she picked up errors on the closing sheet that I never would have noticed and saved us thousands of dollars. I would definitely use Amy again.

Our family cannot say enough good things about Deborah. She is professional, efficient, and most of all calm. For me the real estate world seems like a crazy roller coaster ride and she was a steady calm voice throughout the process. Rainny is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Far in advance of putting our house on the market, Rainny advised us on what we needed to do to the house in order to get the best price. The things she recommended were cost effective and we were able to recoup all the expenses and then some. Rainny priced our home aggressively because she had done her research and knew the market better than anyone. Other agents told her that the price was too high but she disregarded their comments. Our house sold in 1 day at $50000 more than the original asking price. Rainny is charming but also very strong. I’d match her against anyone for her toughness.
