Our experience with Deborah was PHENOMENAL! She went above and beyond the duties of any professional and made every step of the experience a pleasant and smooth ride. When you are selling and moving the process is not just logistically complicated, but emotional. And as things do, there are always so many things that go wrong and are out of your control. That said, the process of staging, selling and closing with Deborah was the best experience that we have ever had. She is honest, transparent and is always more than one step ahead with your needs. We had a wonderful experience with Shelley Guinessy at the Berkshire Hathaway office in Haverford. We were given her name by the Green Hill Condominiums management office. She is very familiar and knowledgeable with the building and what needed to be done in my father’s condo before it went on the market. He had just passed away so it was a tough time, but Shelley made it very easy. And she is so sweet!
