Shelley was extremely competent during our entire real estate experience. She has many years experience and real estate industry knowledge which enabled her to guide us flawlessly through our real estate transactions. Shelley helped us put in our offer on our new house resulting in ours being accepted out of four other offers. She then gave us solid advice on what improvements our house needed to show positively to attract buyers, and was able to get our house sold in one day. Shelley stayed in close contact with us throughout the entire process of buying and selling ensuring that nothing fell through the cracks. Al helped my wife and me find and purchase a house north of Philadelphia. He set up and accompanied us on more house hunting trips than I can count and stuck with us throughout the entire process, even when we had an offer on another house fall through. Once our offer was accepted on the house we ended up buying, Al was extremely helpful in letting us know all of the steps we needed to take and did helped to ensure that we were able to close in just 30 days, including taking on tasks both small and large on our behalf.
