Rainny Truscott Super Agent
Rainny is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Far in advance of putting our house on the market, Rainny advised us on what we needed to do to the house in order to get the best price. The things she recommended were cost effective and we were able to recoup all the expenses and then some. Rainny priced our home aggressively because she had done her research and knew the market better than anyone. Other agents told her that the price was too high but she disregarded their comments. Our house sold in 1 day at $50000 more than the original asking price. Rainny is charming but also very strong. I’d match her against anyone for her toughness.
