Mr. Hearne was an excellent communicator and representative for me in my absence. The listing sold so fast I couldn't believe it. And the closing was seamless, even when I told him I needed this sale to be on the books by the end of the year. Even after the sale he's been helpful in getting the last remaining details wrapped up for me. One of those was making sure my tenants didn't feel abandoned. Without me even asking he made arrangements to take the new owner around and make formal introductions. It's those kind of touches that made me feel like I had hired the all star of real estate brokers. You can't go wrong with Kevin!
