OMG I don't even know where to begin, from day 1 her wonderful intro of herself, her company and what she plans on doing for me as my future agent, she won me over with all my pros on my list. She had the best photographer come out and take phenomenal pictures. She was there every step of the way. She set up the open house that following Saturday, Even with Covid she insured everyone would walk in with booties, face mask, and gloves. And with the house on the market it was sold in 3 days, cash offer, and closed in 30 days. She really made my first time selling a home a wonderful experience...kinda sad I moved out of the area and she can't find me my next home 😟. Where do I begin.....my husband and I met Katie about a year and a half ago when she was selling another family members property and we started speaking with her about our future plans on purchasing a home. We disclosed that we were not yet ready but had questions about what to start planning for and thinking about for our future home purchase which was still over a year away. She provided helpful feedback with a no pressure attitude. A year later I contacted Katie and heard back from her right away. I am a person with a ton of questions so I had my list of questions and list of homes that I wanted to view ready to go the first time we met back up. After our meeting my husband and I knew she was "our realtor". During the time of our search for homes, houses were flying off the market! The whole process can be overwhelming but Katie was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at, how to calculate and keep us in the price point that we wanted to be in and was always available to respond back to me in a timely manner. The house we ended up purchasing I found on zillow at 11:00 at night and she always said, "text me anytime" so with the way the market was I knew I had to jump on this house or it would be gone. So at 11 pm at night I sent it to her and she responded right away and without hesitation said we need to move on this and immediately set up our viewing the next day at noon. She helped step by step with the rest of the process and even calmed me down when I felt overwhelmed at times. I would 100% recommend Katie and will absolutely reach out to her for any future real estate needs!!!!!!

Kevin was a pleasure to work with. He is an amazing real estate agent! Kevin helped me stage my home and was extremely involved in helping me prepare it for the market. Within less than one day on the market I received an offer for full asking price. Kevin also went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of my new home.
