Katie was great! She went out of her way to come help me with my mother's house. She took a few hours from her own family to help me pack my mother's house because she knew I was overwhelmed and needed the help. She has consistently gone out of her way to help me through this process. The process of selling my mother’s house went seamlessly with Katie’s help! It was a pure pleasure working with Kevin during our search for a home in S. Seminole Heights. He really heard and understood what our needs were and responded accordingly. We have worked with agents in the past who have tried to push us toward inappropriate properties. This NEVER happened with Kevin. Kevin had taken over the sale of my home after using a previous realtor that was on the market for 90 days. As soon as he took over he had staged our home and set up a date for the open house, with this being said it did not even make it to the open house as he had buyers lined up and handled everything in a professional manner. I would recommend Kevin to use whether you are buying or selling a home. He is very courteous and professional as well as informative in his field!!

This is the second time we have used Katie as our agent and we were extremely satisfied both times. She sold us our home as a relocation the first time and did a fantastic job giving us advice on great areas and negotiations. About a year after purchasing the home my husband was relocated again. Katie immediately scheduled her photographer to come out to get the pictures taken for the listing. The photos were BEAUTIFUL! She stayed in constant contact with us and helped us with things after we had to leave the state before closing. We would highly recommend Katie and wouldn’t think twice about using her again if we were to relocate back to Florida!

Sharon helped my husband and I found our first home. Our journey was quite uncommon. We were looking for a house for about 5 months. We put offers on at least 5 homes and kept loosing houses. Through a referral Katie became our realtor and we could not have been more pleased. We were relocating from out of state and her communication and guidance was very helpful.
