Krissy Merritt is a licensed Realtor in North & South Carolina. She originally was born in the south, then later went to high school & college in the northwest, South Dakota. She now considers Charlotte her home. Krissy moved here newly married and started a family in 2000. She helped her husband start a remodel company called Laying It Down. In 2015 she obtained her General Contractors license for North & South Carolina expanding her knowledge & understanding of homes. She then became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2016. She uses her experience in these areas to help her clients make decisions on buying & selling their homes. She is passionate to help & advocate for her clients, valuing honesty & integrity. Krissy understands that a home is one of the greatest assets her clients may ever own. A lot of stress and emotion comes into play with a real estate transaction. Krissy considers it her job to educate and guide her clients through the transaction with knowledge & consideration of the current market. She works to help make the transaction go as smoothly as possible.
