She devoted a lot of time explaining the difference in S.C. RE law & N.C. RE law, found me the right house & I purchased it sight unseen. I will happily refer Krissy to my friends & family.

Krissy and her team came in and renovated our unit to include an extra bedroom and transformed the master tub/ shower to a beautiful standup shower! They also replaced outdated kitchen counter tops with new Quartz solid surface, tile backsplash and kitchen faucet. All the work was seamless and very well managed. With many units in the same subdivision sitting on the market for months, We were under contract in 4 days! She handled all the marketing, taking wonderful shots of all the new work, and staging the townhome. I will preface this detailed review by stating this was my first home after trying different realtors and offers that were denied throughout the last 2 years: Krissy's guidance and availability in buying my first home was beyond what I expected. Due to the tough market in Charlotte, I was discouraged about buying my first home, Krissy was patient and went above and beyond in helping me with the entire process. She is very skilled and would not let me go through with anything without full disclosure of all the information she knew or could seek out. I felt more and more confident the more we worked together, she took me through all possibilities as if it were her own home. Her communication was always consistent, she constantly stayed in touch from day one to close and made sure everything was completed. Krissy went beyond her responsibility in helping me (I blame that on my lack of knowledge). I don’t think you could find a better real estate agent. I couldn’t have done it without her.
