Working with Marianne was a blessing.
Marianne stepped in at the most opportune time and listed my townhouse. She had the market analyzed and set a very realistic price. On the first day of showing she presented 5 offers to me, some of which were well over list price. Our sale was finalized in just a few days. When we encountered a hiccup, she handled it in an efficient and professional way that relieved my anxiety. She was there for me every step of the way right up to closing with advice and professional support.
