Donalyn has been a key factor in making our relocation to Idaho as smooth as possible. She was very attentive to our needs and was always volunteering to do anything she could to make things easy for us. In fact, she still is, even after the sale is complete. I felt her insights into the local market were very helpful, and when it came time to make an offer, she provided lots of good guidance on strategy. After going under contract, an issue came up in the home inspection which could have derailed the deal, but she took the lead on working with the seller to get the issues resolved and get the deal done with as little stress for us as possible. Additionally, her husband Hank provided great insights, as well, specifically with regards to the inspection issues. The two of them make a great team. To sum up, we're very happy to have chosen Donalyn to represent us. While some agents may be very transactional and perhaps even lazy, Donalyn is the opposite – she clearly wants her clients to have not only a smooth purchase, but also a smooth relocation overall, and goes above and beyond to make that happen. Bob is a great agent! He’s smart, funny, and personable, with side perks knowing the area and the ins-and-outs of real estate. He was patient with and responsive to my um-teen questions. We were outbid on the house that we really wanted so Bob drafted some fancy RE deal where if the original offer fell thru, we were given first right of refusal AND we got the house! We’re grateful for Bob’s knowledge and expertise. We’d recommend his RE services to anyone.

Mr. Poole came highly recommended by a good friend for his real estate expertise. Once we began working together it became obvious why Bob is thought of so highly in the community. He has an incredible background of realty knowledge in the area. He is a long time local and provided a great deal of information regarding pertinent resources and attractions. I cannot say enough wonderful comments about Sea to Farm Real Estate. From our first phone call, Donalyn was extremely sweet, knowledgeable and professional. She worked tirelessly and quickly in a tight market to find the right home for my Mother-In-Law. Donalyn’s customer service didn’t stop there, any time she was in the neighborhood she would stop in and say hello, which just delighted my MIL. Unfortunately, my MIL passed away in 10/23 but before she did she made sure we all knew Donalyn would be the only one to handle the sale of the home. Of course we couldn’t have picked anyone else. Donalyn and Hank went out of their way to make sure we had the home staged perfectly; that we had enough boxes and paper for the packing and even offered to help clean and pack with us. They are more than Realtors. They are special people and we consider ourselves fortunate to call them friends. Our home sold on the first open house weekend and closed within 30 days. My mother used Sea to Farm to purchase her home in Meridian 3 years ago. Donalyn took an exhaustive lists of prerequisites and found my mom the perfect home. In the final stages as we read through multiple offers, Sea to Farm’s knowledge and patience was remarkable. Customer service that didn’t end with the closing and the house funding. I want to thank Marty for the time she and her partner put in selling all three of my houses. One was the home I lived in and the others my rental units. The managed this at a very difficult time in the real estate market, with interest rates being up, prices being all over the place. It’s been a difficult time. She has enough experience that she understood the idiosyncrasies including the 1031 exchange. She gave me a lot of confidence and I appreciated the regular communication. I highly recommend her.
