I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Donalyn! This was my first time purchasing a home, and she made the entire process feel effortless and exciting. From touring properties to explaining every detail of the buying process, she was always available and quick to respond to any question, no matter how small. What stood out most about Donalyn was her genuine passion for what she does. I always felt she had my best interests at heart. Not only was she amazing to work with, but her deep knowledge of the buying process made everything so much easier. As a first-time homebuyer, I had countless questions and uncertainties, but Donalyn took the time to patiently guide me through every step. She even anticipated concerns before I voiced them, providing reassurance and making the experience smooth, manageable, and even fun! Donalyn was incredibly organized and proactive, ensuring nothing slipped through the cracks. She also has a fantastic network of professionals—including home inspectors, mortgage brokers, property managers, and contractors—that made every stage of the process seamless. If you're a first-time buyer or simply looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about her clients, I can’t recommend Donalyn enough. I’m thrilled with my new home and so grateful for her expertise and support. I couldn’t have done it without her!

Donalyn Allen has represented us in the sale and purchase of 2 homes, including a relocation from out of state and challenging sale of acreage in a difficult economy. She has been more supportive, knowledgeable, and hard-working than we ever could have dreamed. Donalyn and her husband, Hank, make the perfect pair in their ability to provide both excellent knowledge of the market and strategy to buy or sell, as well as understanding of what to look for when considering quality of the property and home itself. Through all of our transactions from start to finish, Donalyn has been personally available at all times to ensure we had everything we need to walk through them with peace of mind. She has not only advised us on what to do, she has worked beside us to make it happen, including cleaning out shops and garages and boxing up our things! You won't find a more personable or knowledgable agent.

Donalyn is so caring and kind. She is very concerned about making you happy and she is one of the most honest people I’ve ever met. She works very hard to help you sell your home and makes the transition very simple and comforting. Best agent ever.

Donalyn and her team are by far the best I’ve ever seen in the Realestate business. She worked so hard all the way through my selling and buying process. But more than that she has stayed with me beyond the transaction to make sure everything was perfect. Great work is one thing but being a great person is totally another level and Donalyn is truly a great person.

We have to say that this was the smoothest real estate transaction we have experienced and we have had a few. From staying in touch for 2 years and the responsive follow up to detail was superb and way beyond our expectations. Her husband Hank has many years experience in the construction industry and was a great help in walking thru the many homes we looked at and pointing out what he thought could be issues currently and in the future. They were so easy to work with and was glad to have met them. Meet Donalyn and Hank and see what I am talking about.

Donalyn helped our family navigate a difficult situation regarding the sale of our parent's homes. She did lengthy research into values in the area, many open houses and beautiful home staging, resulting in 2 very satisfying offers that with her knowledgeable guidance were accepted and quickly sold. She was always available to discuss anything that came up and offered to deal with any issues that arose. If you are looking for a full service committed Realtor, Donalyn will help you achieve your real estate goals in a friendly, professional and caring way! Desi M.

She goes above and beyond to do everything that is needed to have helped me buy and sell my home. I was out of state when I decided to sell my home….she took care of everything without me having to fly back to prepare it for sale…just wow! If we move back to Idaho…she will be the first one I call!
