Bob is a great agent! He’s smart, funny, and personable, with side perks knowing the area and the ins-and-outs of real estate. He was patient with and responsive to my um-teen questions. We were outbid on the house that we really wanted so Bob drafted some fancy RE deal where if the original offer fell thru, we were given first right of refusal AND we got the house! We’re grateful for Bob’s knowledge and expertise. We’d recommend his RE services to anyone.

Mr. Poole came highly recommended by a good friend for his real estate expertise. Once we began working together it became obvious why Bob is thought of so highly in the community. He has an incredible background of realty knowledge in the area. He is a long time local and provided a great deal of information regarding pertinent resources and attractions. One of his traits I appreciated most was how he listened to me and diligently searched for properties that met my requirements, some of which were difficult to find. With his realty expertise the negotiations and subsequent closing steps went very smoothly. I cannot say enough wonderful comments about Sea to Farm Real Estate. From our first phone call, Donalyn was extremely sweet, knowledgeable and professional. She worked tirelessly and quickly in a tight market to find the right home for my Mother-In-Law. Donalyn’s customer service didn’t stop there, any time she was in the neighborhood she would stop in and say hello, which just delighted my MIL. Unfortunately, my MIL passed away in 10/23 but before she did she made sure we all knew Donalyn would be the only one to handle the sale of the home. Of course we couldn’t have picked anyone else. Donalyn and Hank went out of their way to make sure we had the home staged perfectly; that we had enough boxes and paper for the packing and even offered to help clean and pack with us. They are more than Realtors. They are special people and we consider ourselves fortunate to call them friends. Our home sold on the first open house weekend and closed within 30 days. That says a lot about Donalyn’s expertise in the market. I highly recommend her for all your Real Estate needs, she is the best professional to handle your sale or purchase.

I want to thank Marty for the time she and her partner put in selling all three of my houses. One was the home I lived in and the others my rental units. The managed this at a very difficult time in the real estate market, with interest rates being up, prices being all over the place. It’s been a difficult time. She has enough experience that she understood the idiosyncrasies including the 1031 exchange. She gave me a lot of confidence and I appreciated the regular communication. I highly recommend her.

I work for a title company and work with realtors all the time, plus I have bought and sold a few homes. Bob was by far the best realtor I have ever used! He was an excellent communicator, He got right down to business and listed my home in less than a week with the best pictures I have ever seen of the house. He picked the perfect price for my needs of selling as quickly as possible. The house was listed for 6 hours and we had an offer for the full asking price. He then worked diligently to get the couple things fixed that came up on inspection and we closed in less than 2 weeks. I am out of state, so I had to rely on him to do everything which he did! He also gave me a little break on the commission which was also Wonderful! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a good realtor!
