Oscar helped my parents with their house, and he was terrific helping my wife and I buy our first home. He was there with us every step of the way and was always willing to answer questions and provide guidance. He has experience as a carpenter which really came in handy during inspections. He looked for and found things for the builders to fix that my wife and I never would have on our own. We love our new house now and Oscar was a huge part in all of it. If you're looking to buy or sell a home in the Treasure Valley, he's your guy!

As first time homebuyers, Oscar truly made the process much easier to understand. We bought a new construction home and Oscar answered every question we had along the way. He provided consistent updates, and made sure we understood everything before we proceeded. Hands down he is an amazing realtor, and was a great asset to have in our corner throughout this home buying process!

Donalyn was recommended to me by close personal friends. My connection with Donalyn was amazing from our first point of contact which is even more incredible as it was over the phone. We went over my hopes and dreams of what I wanted my next and forever home to look like and Donalyn made sure everyone of my wishes were met. There was never a need for a reminder, Donalyn remembered everything and checked all the boxes off as we progressed through the transaction. Donalyn kept me apprised throughout the entire process and I am very blessed to have such a caring, sweet and extremely competent Relator to represent me!

I can’t say enough good things about Donalyn and Hank. They have integrity and they really listened to us as clients. She went above and beyond closing a sale on our first Idaho home purchase and then later helped us resell it in record time. Yes, she got us a full priced cash offer. Then she helped represent us in buying our next home. There was no question or concern that she and Hank could not fully address. She was available at all hours of the day and made us feel like we were her only clients. She and Hank come highly recommended by my husband and myself for all of your real estate needs.

Oscar has been the most incredible realtor, from the first time contacting him to even after we have closed he has been the best resource for every single step of the way. His expertise, backed by 27 years of selling houses, is second to none. He helped us secure a new construction home and was there every step of the way with weekly update videos and answers to every question. There isn't a doubt that he knows this business inside and out, and he has an incredible network of people to make this complicated ordeal go so smooth. The best realtor to have in your corner.
