Bob Poole

We have used Bob Poole for a number of real estate transactions, and will use him in any future purchase/sale. His market knowledge is unsurpassed, he's been in the business here in Boise for decades now. He knows the north end/west end area (where most of our transactions have been- we owned rentals) very well. His communication is prompt, and above all, he is an honest man and we trust him with our business.

We were outbid on the house that we really wanted so Bob drafted some fancy RE deal where if the original offer fell thru, we were given first right of refusal AND we got the house! Mr. Poole came highly recommended by a good friend for his real estate expertise. Once we began working together it became obvious why Bob is thought of so highly in the community. He has an incredible background of realty knowledge in the area. He is a long time local and provided a great deal of information regarding pertinent resources and attractions. One of his traits I appreciated most was how he listened to me and diligently searched for properties that met my requirements, some of which were difficult to find. With his realty expertise the negotiations and subsequent closing steps went very smoothly. Bob is absolutely the best. Growing up here, he has so much knowledge about the various neighborhoods, how things have changed (or might change), and just has a great attitude in general that makes him a joy to work with. He goes above and beyond because he genuinely cares and he found us the perfect house for our family. Could not have imagined a better experience.

I work for a title company and work with realtors all the time, plus I have bought and sold a few homes. Bob was by far the best realtor I have ever used! He was an excellent communicator, He got right down to business and listed my home in less than a week with the best pictures I have ever seen of the house. He picked the perfect price for my needs of selling as quickly as possible. The house was listed for 6 hours and we had an offer for the full asking price. He then worked diligently to get the couple things fixed that came up on inspection and we closed in less than 2 weeks. I am out of state, so I had to rely on him to do everything which he did! He also gave me a little break on the commission which was also Wonderful! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a good realtor!
