First let’s start by Autumn’s knowledge in Real Estate. No matter which surrounding cities I looked, she would jump in front and let me know which areas had the best resell values due to its surroundings by even pulling properties in the area and what they sold for. That was something that was super important to me as far as when I am ready to let go of my first home and upgrade into something better later along with if I were getting my money worth on the listed price in the sellers market that we are in. She had recommendations for everything for me. From utility companies, lenders, contractors, insurance companies that are easy to work with, etc. Most importantly, I work sooo much during the week with very little time off. She scheduled a pile of listings for the small window of time that I had. She was in contact with lenders and processors for me while I was busy at work during the day! Everyone knows home buying is a very stressful time for everyone so she took the extra initiative to be on top of things so I can focus on work and not stress while doing so. She kept in constant contact with the Seller’s agent to make sure everything on their end was complete in a timely manner to ensure closing would be smooth and on schedule. The whole process was very seamless with the load of my day to day priorities. I would recommend Autumn to any of my friends and family members and will definitely hire her again when it’s time for me to sell or upgrade homes!
