Tracie exceeded my expectations and left me...
Tracie exceeded my expectations and left me with many WOW moments. I was very excited to buy my new house and Tracie always made sure my enthusiasm was inline to what benefited me or issues needed to be addressed. She was the business to my emotions. She heard the things I needed and was proactive in providing resources to ease my stress. Guided me through each process and in the end had all needed resources and organized my documents for easy access in a professional organized binder. I was blown away at how great she is at what she does. I have bought several places and did not realize until Tracie, just how other realtors were just showing up at closing. Tracie creates a partnership to get the purchase done.
