Being a first time home buyer, Cristi walked me through the process, referred me to great mortgage brokers, answered and clarified all concerns despite if they are small or big. She was definitely reachable and keeps you in the loop. Cristi definitely had my best interest in heart and made accommodations for even if it’s outside her norm. I would definitely use Cristi again for future real estate needs and she made such a huge impression and impact on my family and I that even my son already has plans to go to her for his future real estate needs. Cristi was wonderful to work with during the purchase of our new home. She was very professional, eager, and was will willing to accommodate even during these crazy times. She found our new home within the first week or so of looking and we were able to close within a month of the offer. Autumn was awesome to work with for the entire process. She is super personable and did a great job of really breaking down the whole process for us in a way that made it easy and not daunting at all. She did a great job of marketing the house and getting viewings scheduled quickly. The house sold in 4 days! The photographer she used did an amazing job of displaying the house through the listing and set it up in a way so that you could “walk” through the house picture by picture. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. You better have somewhere to live lined up because she is gonna get your house sold fast! And we got full asking price!

Autumn is just the right mix you need in trying to select your new home. While she's sensitive to what you want, she also steers you in the right direction if you're getting too picky. During our search, we had in mind the places we didn't want to go. Autumn made sure to push some of those selections back on to the table so that we didn't miss out on some gems. During the buying process, she was always in touch letting us know how everything was going. We were never left in the dark. She knows this business well, and she was able to field any question we had with good information and good advice. When something came up she makes sure to get it taken care of that day, including reminding us to handle our business as well. She's extremely professional, she knows this business inside and out. Her advice is invaluable, on point, and she makes sure that you know the pros and cons to everything. I can't stress enough how amazing an agent she is.

If I could rate her a 10 out of 5 I would. Autumn is attentive, punctual, dynamic, experienced, and ambitious. With her we felt like we were her only client. She was extremely informative with advice, offering both sides of the story and letting us make the decision. She never tried to sway us one way or another. Whenever something came up, she almost always had it handled that day or evening. You need her on your side. She knows what she's doing, she's very good at it, and she'll make sure that you understand every part of the process.
