The decision to put my house on the market was one of the most major decisions of my life. While contemplating the options to sell, you have to seriously consider the realtor you want to represent you and market your most prized and loved home. I had my eye on one realtor in particular “April Toro” with Red Barn Homes. I’ve Known April and her family since she was in elementary school and have watched her success in the realty profession for sometime now. She is uses social media and Internet to achieve amazing results. Her assistant Leigh Sofield as her right hand woman are an amazing team and get the job done. April came over and walked thru my house and around the property, she advised me of what I should do to get the property ready for showing and on the market. We took that list and got to work. By following her advise was able to get the house listed and on the market within two weeks with all the “honey do’s” completed. The house went live on the Internet on a Friday and by Saturday we had a plethora of fabulous offers. Needless to say I was in shock and then knew this was for real. “It’s happening my house will be sold and a new page to be turned.” Yesterday was the closing and all went perfectly. It was bitter sweet leaving my home if 21 years. I know the new owner will love it like my family and I did. I just can’t say enough about April and Leigh.
