My experience working with Courtney was excellent. She maintained a very high state of professionalism no matter how much I asked of her. We ended up looking at over 20 properties over a few months as my requirements changed and she always provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. She made me feel safe and comfortable as we walked through each property. Once a decision was made on which property to buy, her knowledge and expertise made the purchase procedure smooth and painless. I don't even know where to start! Cristi has gone out of her way to make sure I could see a house so many times I can't even count, even though it took about a year to find the townhome that I wanted. When we did find the perfect home, we found out that it was already under contract and I was very disappointed but kept looking. Cristi knew how bad I wanted it and could have even made more money if she had let me close on a different townhome but she insisted that we wait on the one that I really wanted and it HAPPENED! At the very last minute the previous buyer backed out and I am in the home that I truly wanted and was praying for. I was really impressed that she was more worried about me being happy with my purchase than getting a quick sale! I will definitely recommend

When we decided to purchase another home out-of-state of Georgia, we were contacted by Jim Hunter of Atlanta Communities Realty and discussed with him his methods of marketing our home in a 55+ community. Jim came highly recommended by a mutual acquaintance of my wife. Jim reviewed with us how he can provide more information as he currently lives in the Soleil at Laurel Canyon community. He put together a plan where we were able to get the amount for our house that we anticipated. His brochure book of the house left lasting impressions for potential buyers opposed to just picking up a flyer that other realtors have out. Jim had very good follow up with people that toured our house. We followed Jim's recommendations for house showings and we never received any negative feedback from people looking to buy. Once we received an offer, Jim was there to make sure we had everything in place to get this signed, sealed and delivered up and through closing. Jim was very thorough with people from outside of the community to make sure that they had all the necessary information about the community with him being a resident there. He is very familiar and active in the Soleil community which is a definite advantage over a realtor outside of the community. I would highly recommend Jim if you are selling your house or looking to buy. Jim goes the extra mile to get his customer the services needed in buying or selling.
