Yes, she sold it in one day of being on the market. But I know the reason for that is all the work she put into it the two weeks before we listed. Autumn is extremely professional and kind but also encouraging and fun to work with. She is the best at what she does and I am so glad for the referral to use her. She made the whole process easier and kept in touch along the way. She also then helped with the purchase of our new home and was just as wonderful. She is the best in the business!
