As first time home buyers, my husband and I were both excited and nervous about the home buying process. We didn't know what we were getting into, especially with the market being as fast paced as it has been this past year. After working with another realtor with disappointing results, we were really happy to start working with Alicia. She put in time and effort sending us homes that had features we were looking for even before we got pre-approval. There was as lot of care and advice given, especially when we were a bit stressed and making first time offers. Alicia was both patient and helpful, and worked for us in finding our first home!
