Lindsey helped us in a true time of need. My Father had to go into a long term care facility and we needed to sell his home in Center Point. We had time requirements due to possibly using Medicaid. She had to list the home on an "as is" basis which limited the number of potential buyers. She obtained an offer for a cash transaction and followed up very well with the buyer to make sure all details were taken care of and to assure a successful closing. Closing when we did in August helped alleviate the financial pressure I was facing due to my Father's long term care needs. We appreciate her help and will gladly recommend her again.

When searching for a new home, their past experiences with flipping and repairs can give you a new perspective on what a house might be worth, versus what you might have to pay to correct issues. They are both very knowledgeable in the VA, FHA, and Conventional loan and inspection processes. They listen to your needs and help you get the best terms for your contract. They are never afraid to or unwilling to ask the questions needed. They will research anything you can come up with. They will help you do the manual work to get your home ready, and they are able to help you find contractors for any repairs needed. Overall, I didn't get two realtors, I got two people who were looking out for me, and when you're dealing with what can be a daunting process of home buying, they are there to help.
