Ali definitely knows her stuff. She did a walk-through of my house and told me what I needed to fix. She left me a sparkly sheet of all that needed to be fixed and the date that it needed to be done by to get it on the house on the market. She also came and helped me with the items on the list, such as yardwork. Ali is very encouraging. She doesn’t sugarcoat things. She does her research and tells you what she believes the house will sell at, even if I thought it might sell for more. I am a single woman and she helped me with so much during that time and since I sold my house. I am lucky to call her my real estate agent but more importantly my friend. I have seen her help other clients throughout the years scrubbing kitchen cabinets and floors, throwing down pine straw and taking down fencing so that her clients houses look their best.
