Lisa managed our transaction as if it was for her own personal family member. She has a logical communication style and kept our expectations in check. She alerted us as to things that were going well, as well as tasks or deadlines that she was concerned about. We felt "cared for". She was always updating us and would meet us regularly on location even when we knew it was out of her way or her presence wasn't absolutely mandatory that day. We always felt we got her best.
