He helped us arrange for some contractors to handle some electrical and plumbing issues, he guided through the inspection and appraisal...he even cut the grass once when we were both down with Covid. He found a buyer and the closing went without a hitch. I don't know of anyone who could have done more to steer us through the process and it was completely painless.
