Mr. Lou was always available if there was something that I needed from him. We were in constant communication, he would have any relevant property information that he’d share with me when we would go to view the locations he thought best suited my needs. I met Lou back in 2009 when I needed a realtor to help me find a house in the Birmingham area. I was moving from Tuscaloosa and had to be out of that house within two weeks of accepting an offer. Lou was listing a home that interested me. The following weekend he showed me two houses in Helena, AL, and we made an offer on the 2nd house that same day. Lou guided me through the closing on both homes in a single day! He truly demonstrated care for the well being of my two boys and me. He helped us arrange for some contractors to handle some electrical and plumbing issues, he guided through the inspection and appraisal...he even cut the grass once when we were both down with Covid.
