I met Lou back in 2009 when I needed a realtor to help me find a house in the Birmingham area. I was moving from Tuscaloosa and had to be out of that house within two weeks of accepting an offer. Lou was listing a home that interested me. The following weekend he showed me two houses in Helena, AL, and we made an offer on the 2nd house that same day. He helped us arrange for some contractors to handle some electrical and plumbing issues, he guided through the inspection and appraisal...he even cut the grass once when we were both down with Covid.
