Lou helped us find our house when we moved from out of state. He was patient and extremely flexible. We had to find a house in a very short period of time. We were unable to come back for the inspection, so Lou went to make sure the inspection ran smoothly. He went out to the house several times before we moved in to meet with the inspector and other contractors that needed to make some minor repairs before we moved in. Lou is extremely trustworthy. Lou is by far the BEST agent I have every had to opportunity to work with. If you are looking for someone to just be transactional, then Lou is not the agent for you. Honestly, not only is Lou my forever and exclusive agent with my personal and investment property, he has become a member of the family. His contact with you does not stop when you close, it continues years post your transaction. I know that I can call on Lou anytime that I need to just bounce a question off of and get direction. With Lou, it is personal as he takes and makes each of his customers family and treats them as such. What a blessing and relief of stress! Lou helped us sell our townhouse after we had moved to Texas. He did EVERYTHING and was so transparent throughout the entire process. We did almost everything remotely via conference calls and DocuSign. He toured our home with us on the phone and gave suggestions for improvements we could have made to ensure a smooth sale. He even did the legwork to offer suggestions for trusted contractors for the projects since we were out of state, and monitored them as they did the work, keeping us informed every step of the way. Lou is the best realtor I have had the pleasure to work with. I had been looking for a home for years when Lou came into the plan it all started to fall together. For me Lou went way beyond the call of duty to help me find what I was looking for and that is what he did.
