Donna was wonderful to work with!! My husband and I were first time home buyers so we were so grateful to have someone that explained every detail in the process so thoroughly. I was really nervous going into the home buying process but she was so detailed that it was a painless experience. She gave us good advice when we ran into any snags in the process. She goes above and beyond and we would certainly work with her again. She was also very helpful in providing a variety of names for other services, such as lender, home inspector, etc.

I met Lou back in 2009 when I needed a realtor to help me find a house in the Birmingham area. I was moving from Tuscaloosa and had to be out of that house within two weeks of accepting an offer. Lou was listing a home that interested me. The following weekend he showed me two houses in Helena, AL, and we made an offer on the 2nd house that same day. Lou guided me through the closing on both homes in a single day! He truly demonstrated care for the well being of my two boys and me. He made the whole process easy and did a great job of explaining every little detail of the transaction. Unlike a lot of realtors, Lou kept in touch with me, offering helpful tips on how to maintain my home, referrals for home improvements, etc. All of that guidance was priceless for a single mom. He never forgot a birthday or holiday, including the anniversary of my home purchase. Twelve years later, when the time came for me to sell my home in Helena in order to relocate to Huntsville, AL, Lou was the only realtor that I even considered using. Lou sold my house in about a month and did a masterful job of managing the whole process from listing to closing, and even some of the details that cropped up after closing with the new owners.
