As a first time homebuyer and newbie to Alabama, I was not familiar with the terminology, Birmingham communities, or even questions to ask before putting in an offer or deciding if a home was a good fit. Ann was so patient with me as I dragged her to dozens of homes and open houses. Ann spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different things we saw in each house/community.
