I bring a lot to the table with 15 years of residential construction experience. I have successfully finished electrical school as well as carpentry school. During my construction career I received my Bachelors degree in business management. I've used several agents in the past to market my properties and I would say out of of 50-60 Agents, his Marketing is the best I've seen! Chris is a full service agent

Chris is a full service agent. He represented the sale of our home beyond our highest expectations. We decided to rent for a while and take a break from home selection, not quite sure of just what or where we wanted to buy. After a few conversations with Chris we decided after years of homeowning we would like to explore condiminium living. Chris immediately gathered all the data and educated us to condo life. After learning all that is involved we decided to look at units. Once again, Chris's intuition lead us to listings of properties based on our tastes from his knowledge of our past homes. He hit a homerun with all of the showings and most importantly structuring the offer! In a market that is blazing hot, he accomplished the unexpected and got us the deal below list price! The exact Realtor we needed!

Jay has been a wonderful asset to finding a great house as we were new to the area. Jay was knowledgeable on everything from building and new road plans for both Seminole and Orange Counties. Jay was fantastic

We had the pleasure to work with Jay and Cristina Weaver for the listing of our beloved family home. They were professional, hard working and exceeded ALL expectations we had.
